In January of 2019 I decided to make my health a priority. I had gained and gained and was not taking care of myself. I joined WW and within 8 months I had dropped 40 pounds. I felt incredible. I was so much more confident with how I looked but my mental state was also so much more positive. I worked on maintaining my loss by continuing to track and attend studio meetings at my local WW. In March 2020, with the pandemic upon us, my studio meetings stopped, my anxieties rose and my health took a backseat. I began retreating into old habits. I wasn't putting the time into meal planning or prepping and I have slowly put 7 pounds back on over the last year. No, that's not a lot, but if I keep making poor choices, it will all come back and more. I need to get myself back on track! In order to do that I took a trip down memory lane and thought I'd share it with you. These resources were all part of what helped me loose the weight. Having inspiration in the form of recipes, support and idea sharing is a huge part of success. I hope you find some great inspiration from these amazingly talented bloggers too!
